With over thirty years of experience, Paul knows the ins and outs of each type of home loan—especially in South Florida. He came to Renaissance after most recently serving five years as the Director of Wholesale Origination for LendingOne, where he built and grew a successful wholesale lending channel from the ground up.  Since he started his lending career in 1987, Paul has held increasingly strategic leadership roles with First Union Home Equity; Chase B&C; Crossroad Financial Services, BankUnited, where he was SVP, National Sales Manager, Wholesale Lending and Primary Residential Mortgage. Through it all, Paul has come to understand the way the mortgage process works as well as how to make it work for his clients; from finding the best lender for a borrower’s needs to delivering the most appropriate loan smoothly and quickly. Paul routinely works with colleagues, peers and associates by building trust and winning consensus. He’s a believer in community and long-term relationships and, most of all, he understands that mortgage lending is a people-centered process. Paul is an active member of his South Florida church, where he regularly volunteers for numerous community charity activities.
