The diversity and various aspects of the seats held in the financial markets which Jeff occupied over the last (2) two decades, well prepared him for his current role as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

His in-depth understanding of the economic influences which drive trends will afford him the confidence to successfully navigate the company through all market conditions.

Prior to joining Renaissance Home Loans, he was the director of capital markets and was tasked with co-creating a capital markets department and a correspondent platform. More recently he was vice-president of national business development and ran the company’s non-agency unit. He was involved with the private-label guideline creation. He was also instrumental in developing various enterprise level and product level policies, procedures, and controls.
