A Florida native who has lived in South Florida for 30 years, David understands mortgage lending top to bottom, and has extensive retail experience managing large origination pipelines. Over his 20 years of experience, he has also excelled in the management and oversight of large scale MSA arrangements with large national and local real estate brokerages such as Keller Williams. His career has included key roles with loanDepot, Lending Link and National City Mortgage. David understands origination; communication between partners and solving challenges when a mortgage does hit a speed bump. He is also active in the South Florida community, where he volunteers with both Habitat for Humanity and the South Beach AIDS Project. He also works with a non-profit organization that focuses on serving lunch to the homeless and is active with homeless outreach through his church as well.
